[07/25/17]   Dear customers and supporters of Spa Seven alike. Our bussiness thrives on hardwork and honesty. To over charge or charge extra without your consent is a fraud, a Federal offense resulting in fine, imprisonment, and close of bussiness; therefore, we would not dare to commit such crime to jeopardy Spa Seven.

Keep in mind, your PENDING transaction is NOT a charge, but its credit card verification until a final charge. It's like that with some small bussinesses and gas stations.

On Wednesday July 19, a client got her nail done with a service total of $32. After 2 days, her boyfriend went to Spa Seven and said we over charge her $10 and that his girlfriend didn't like her nails and he wanted a refund of $42. First, we asked that he gives us a day or so to investigate and get proof from the credit card company if there is such mistake (over charge), and that a proper apology and refund will be taken. Second, we explained to him that if his girlfriend does not like her nails, she should have us fix them right there and then, or at least come in and lets us examine why? The gentleman kept coming continuely for a few days, and we repeatedly explaining and reasoning with him. With salon services, we do our best to give our customers satisfactions fully, it's not like a product in walmart where u can return. How you refund the time that the technician thrives to make your nails look good? Anyhow, attached is a proof of her transaction. The gentleman has never get any manicure and/or pedicure here at Spa Seven. Out of fustration, these people put out lies, "Fake News" to sabotage Spa Seven. SAD! Yes, we agree with you.
